About Us

Many people ask what the IN OUT means for In Out Construction. Owner, Paul Tuoni, remembers as a kid when his grandfather showed him their last name backwards spelled IN OUT. His father down the road ended up running a business using the name IN OUT.  It’s something that stuck with him forever so when it came time to start his own business, it was a no brainer, In Out Construction was born. Paul is dedicated to his work and brings exceptional attention to detail to every job.

Paul comes with years of experience.  Starting at age 16, he partnered with his dad to flip houses and renovate homes.  From there he worked for many years under a Master Trim Carpenter on new construction homes where he gained a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience setting trim and crown molding. He then took his skills to the next level gaining years of experience renovating and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and basements. 

Aside from working with clients on a daily basis, Paul is always finding projects around his home including woodworking and refurbishing furniture. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Christa and two daughters, Isabella and Caroline.
